I went ahead and did the Z-Wave firmware update following the 2.2.3.19 update. It has been sitting there for an hour and a half with a "Z-Wave Updater: Getting Device Versions" message. Any suggestions?

Seeing the same here on my new C7 that arrived yesterday. Just hanging on "Z-Wave Updater: Getting Device Versions".
Just for S's & G's I rebooted the hub while it was sitting on "Z-Wave Update: Getting Device Versions". When it came back up I went back into the firmware updater and it said there was no update. Apparently my initial attempt was successful but the GUI just didn't refresh.
I did finally reboot the hub. It came back fine.
