Z-Wave slowness

I'm noticing nearly the same issue as this thread here but having seen no traction posting there, I thought (probably mistakenly) it would be a good idea to create a fresh thread about this.

I have a bunch of Inovelli red series dimmers. I have a group with 5 of them and when I turn on/off the group it takes many seconds for all to respond. Here's a log snippet showing it taking about 6 seconds to turn them all on. Turning the group on and off 5+ times, it takes 5-10 seconds each time.

Here's a screenshot of Z-Wave details for my home (almost entirely Inovelli dimmers), a not so large 2-bedroom apartment (longer than it is wide, thus the range extenders):

Here's my Z-Wave Topology in case that helps:

I haven't added/changed any Z-Wave devices in a few weeks, so the routing I believe is quite settled.

Any ideas on whether I can hope to get better results? What can I do?

Without going through all the troubleshooting steps you've tried, my first guess would be mesh issues. I can turn off about 80 devices in about 2 seconds. Turning off 150 takes about 5 seconds with 4 one second built in delays in the rules between big groups. I'm in a 3400 sq ft 1 story house.

Try doing a safe shutdown from settings and then unplug the hub from the wall for about 30 seconds so the radio powers down. Plug it back in and see if it's fast. If so you need to figure out what is hosing up the radio. This is usually a device issue.

Inovelli red dimmers need to be on at least device firmware 1.48 to fix several known issues. You can get the driver version from the device page and scroll down to current states.
