Reason for z-wave repair to skip devices?
Battery powered Z-Wave devices are usually skipped during a Z-Wave Repair.

Same issue with my First Alert combo detector.
For me it is not battery operated devices that are skipped. All dimmers and switches that do not appear correctly on z-wave device list.
I was able to confirm this as well and it will be fixed in the next release.
