Z-Wave Removal ? N4001 Mini Smart Plug - Help Please

I would like to remove this plug from HB But can not seem to do it.
New One N4001 Mini z-wave Smart Plug ..

I found this on line a user manual. It says to ..

Restoring Factory Defaults
All Configuration Parameters values and Association information will be restored to factory default settings and excluded from the network.
When the device is removed from the host, it is returned to the factory settings
MANUAL RESET
---Power off N4001
---keep holding the PROG button
---Power on,Press and keep holding the PROG button for no less than 10 seconds.
Remark : All the setting and data will be permanently deleted.
Please use this procedure only when the network primary controller is missing or otherwise inoperable

But the instructions makes no sense to me :frowning:
I tried a few things and tried to use the "z-wave - exclude" Button on the Z-Wave Details page.
But it not working. .. sorry I feel so dumb asking guys ! Help!

Is there nothing in the user manual about include/exclude procedures?

What you posted seems to be all about factory-resetting the device, but that process is always independent of the exclusion/inclusion processes.

This is the PDF .. I found ..

https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwi5oPS1rKuCAxXYAjQIHY6kBnUQFnoECBMQAQ&url=https%3A%2F%2Fproducts.z-wavealliance.org%2FProductManual%2FFile%3Ffolder%3D%26filename%3Dproduct_documents%2F4293%2FN4001%20manual-20210824.pdf&usg=AOvVaw0LXypysVNQfaonbOdf-lpO&opi=89978449

According to that document, inclusion and exclusion are done the same way - put the hub's ZW in either exclusion or inclusion mode as appropriate, then click the device's PROG button 5 times in one sec.

Thanks will try that !

Turns out .. that it was ( 3 ) Fast Clicks. ( Shakes Head )
Thanks for the help !
