Just added this contact sensor to HE and it is only pulling battery issue. It is not pulling sensor open close state.
Any ideas?
Things to check:
Did you pair in place or move it?
Did you run a repair?
Did you click configure after adding it?
I had to move my HE closer to the sensor to detect it. I added it with exclusion.
I dont know how to run a repair. and i did not click configure.
I'm drawing a blank
it's either in settings - zwave settings - repair zwave network.
And go to the device driver first and click configure.

I know it doesn't help but I just added two of those contact sensors to my system this weekend and both seem to be working well.
It's settings then Z-wave details. Then there is a button up top of the page that says Repair Z-wave.
Not sure what happened but the state eventually appeared. Working great now. Super fast. Thanks you for the help!
