I have 147 Z-Wave devices, which I do NOT want to migrate by removing them from my current controller and adding them one by one to Hubitat. The current controller supports controller replication/shift, uses NodeJS, and can even export the NIF for all of the nodes to a file. Surely there is a way somewhere in there to make this possible. I know Hubitat did not add support for replication and controller shift, but is there a way to copy over the network info from the other NodeJS system and have hubitat read that and become Node 1 on that network?
Not that is available in the hub's UI. But I'll tag Hubitat's ZWave SME for confirmation - @bcopeland.

You could have moved the devices over by now…… 3-4/day and you’d have been done.
With over 130 devices, what do you think the complexity is of the interactions between those devices? Could I just do a half dozen devices one day and not leave something broken? I have over 360 automation routines, most of which reference a Z-Wave device.
So no, you do not quite know what you are saying.
I OTOH happen to know that you can do a migration through the firmware swaps and mapping that Silicon Labs provides, as well as through the Z-Wave API commands to store the HomeID and the NodeInfo, so if (like HomeSeer does) you export the data needed by those commands to a file, it can be used to completely migrate a network to a new controller.
Perhaps putting me in touch with the SME would allow you to duck out of the conversation since you are not interested in helping me.
That’s already been done. @bcopeland is Hubitat’s z-wave SME.
As I’m sure you’re aware, Hubitat Inc. likely determines where their engineers’ time is most productively spent based on the volume of user requests and their market analysis for new features.
And in that context, I haven’t seen anyone else make a similar request, so I don’t know where it would lie on Hubitat’s priority list.
To address @CuriousB take on the situation, ~7 years ago, I migrated ~160 zwave and zigbee devices over the course of a weekend, including recreating all my automations. More recently, I migrated ~130 zigbee devices from one coordinator to another in a single day.
