Z-Wave JS unable to add smart start device ZSE70 Zooz

Was formerly in as non-smart device. I excluded it successfully after upgrading to Z-Wave JS. Now when I use SmartStart, the following z-wave logs appear:

Can you screen shot the smart start entry?

Also did you use the QR code, or manual entry?

The log you posted is claiming the DSK is not found in the list..

I'm having the same errors trying to include but with 2 Kwikset HC620 LR's would you be able to give me some guidance as to what to look for to resolve this?

So you are using a C8 Pro with ZWave JS?

Switch back to ZIP (legacy gateway) and try it that way
