I ran the rebuild and the lock (21) didn't show up in either the successful or failed nodes. I have one failed one that is a siren that I will need to check on but the thermostat (1e) is not working correctly either. I can't send commands to it and it isn't reading correctly from what the thermostat is doing.
Looks like your siren is being problematic
Yes, I will check that one. It chews through batteries (or at least the system says it does) and at this point I am not even sure if it is on.
I got rid of the sirens. They never really worked anyway…
But that didn’t fix my problem. I still couldn’t get the lock to connect. I created a virtual lock, swapped apps, then went to exclude the old one to add it back in.
However, when walking through the steps, I should have had two options from the keypad, one to join it and one to remove it. I did not have the option to remove the lock, only to add it.
I joined it back in as a new lock and set it as a replacement for the old one still in the system. After that, I was able to connect to the lock and it still had all of my codes and it was joined to all of the apps.
I verified I was able to control it and then I removed the old lock and the virtual lock.
Now I just have to get my thermostat joined again.
