Z-Wave inclusion stopped working since last update

I applied 2.3.3.140. I noticed the next day several Z-wave devices stopped responding. I attempted to exclude and remove and re-add several. I am able to exclude devices, known or not, but when attempting to add them back, Z-wave never includes devices. I have factory reset the devices, I have followed the device instructions. Inclusion mode never sees any devices being added. Could this be an issue in the firmware, or a hardware issue with the C7?

Shutdown your hub (from Settings). Then do a power-cycle. While doing so, remove power from the outlet end, rather than the microUSB connector end.

I think it's unlikely that your issue was caused by the platform version upgrade but you can always downgrade and see.

I think if it were a hardware issue you'd be seeing other problems. Have you updated your zwave firmware? There was an update released maybe 6 months ago but it does not install automatically. Unlikely to be causing your issue but a good thing to do. ZWave performance and reliability improved considerably with that update. To track down this particular issue I'd check for a nonresponsive zwave device that might be messing up your mesh, and I'd also check for ghosts. If you want to post a screen shot of your zwave details page it may reveal an issue.

But first try what @aaiyar recommends!
