under z-wave what does firmware update do?

It updates the firmware on your Z-wave radio (C7's only). If you click it you will either get the firmware downloaded and updated or it will just tell you that you are already up to date.

thanks i did it it counted up then it told me it was waiting on the device so i rebooted checkd an it shows up to date
