All of the sudden all my Z-Wave devices stopped working. My zigbee devices work fine. What's the first step to try to fix this?
Do a shutdown from the menu. Remove power for 30 seconds. Restore power.

Take a look at your logs, including the App and Device logs to see your hub load and which device(s)/app(s) are eating up your hub's resources.
Have you made any changes on your hub recently, particularly adding or removing Z-Wave devices?
What model hub and platform version?
Make sure youโre using the Hubitat supplied power supply.
That could be an issue, but we do need to know which hub he's using to confirm that. ![]()
Hun is C-8. Was on lastest version. Went back to previous and as of right now, seems to be working

How long after upating to 2.4.4.151 did your Z-Wave issues arise?
Keep an eye on things...there haven't been any reports that I remember on .151 of similar issues, and there is nothing in the .151 release notes that looks it would be related to your situation. Nothing significant changed on Z-Wave.

Z-Wave issues could have been related to whatever caused the hub load to be elevated. I would check the past logs to identify what could have been, then current logs to make sure the issue doesn't persist.
I have 2 other C-8 pro hubs. These were also upgraded to latest version with no issues. Not really sure what happened but it seems be working on the previous version
