I have a similar problem. Both the scheduled backup and the manual backup give me this error.

Any idea anyone - want to make sure my backup is working before I upgrade.

I forced a reboot of the platform before - just to make sure...

But I didnt check the Rebuild database checkbox...

You'll want to do a shutdown of the hub and remove power for about 30-45 seconds, and then retry the backup. As a reference point what hub model and firmware are you on?

I had the same issue with my overnight backup. ZWave died and none of my devices were responding this morning. I tried the instructions to power cycle and try backup again but it killed zwave a second time.

For now I've changed my cloud backups to be weekly. This seems like new behavior with the zwave not working on backup. Second time it's happened to me in last week.

21 days after I am still having this problem where the Z-Wave data is not being backup to the cloud. Anyone knows if it is a systemic/generalized problem ? The whole purpose of having a cloud backup is to be able to rely on radio configuration being backed up...

Did the Z-Wave backup problem recur? The current platform (non-beta) FW is 2.3.7.146 - have you updated your C7 to that?

Yes id did work - for 21 days... then same problem starts over again - I could go and do a power recycle again, but before I do this - I am reposting to see why this happens "recurrently" to others...

Since I've been on the beta I have not had any zwave cloud backup issues.

Using the previous version - Was about to update and I noticed the backup failure...

Update, and then start a cloud backup manually on .146.

Same z-wave backup error - C8 with 2.3.8.120. Error appeared after recent update to 2.3.8.119:

Z-wave partially stop working after this error. Only the power cycle restored full z-wave functionality.
