Greetings,
Today I happened to be outside and decided to come back in using the front door. I naturally assumed the door was locked so I touched the Yale logo to wake the lock. It didn't wake up, more concerning the front was and apparently has been unlocked.
I went to my HE dashboard and the lock was green (indicating it was locked) and said it had 74% battery. This was certainly not the case. Even right now with brand new batteries, its says it 70%
This is very concerning to me as if I hadn't done this today, it could have been days or weeks were my front door unlocked...
So:
Any suggestions on how to get this reporting correctly?
AND to report if the devices batteries are low?
OR report if the device is OFF-LINE?
FYI when I went to devices, and clicked refresh, it now reports 100% but I should not have to do this manually..
