Xfinity Door Window Sensor?

I have a couple of the older Xfinity Door Window Sensors the MCT-350 which report Open/Close and Temp, the only issue is the battery does not report, always shows 100%. No biggie I already have a work around.

What I'm looking for is to see if anyone has tried the newer Xfinity Door Window Sensors, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BQDM11DJ and if they work?

I use these and they work fantastically. At 4 bux a unit they can't be beat. (I've not seen the newer ones) I've had them show 20% (they will throw an HSM alarm)

Yeah I have several of those sensors already, I was wondering if anyone was using the newer version with any success before spending the $ on one.

I installed three at my parents' house: two work well, but one failed. I replaced batteries, installed on my two home hubs, etc ... still unreliable, so perhaps just a dud. At that price, to quote Meat Loaf, 2 out of 3 ain't bad.
