If you can connect your X10 devices to a 2242-222 hub, which you can still find used, you can try this integration. It works great for Insteon devices and a 2245-222 hub. I use it for my dimmers. I can’t recall if any X10 users tried it, but I do recall someone saying the 2242-222 hub worked with Insteon and this integration.
Another possibility is using the 2242-222 hub with HA and HADB to link back to Hubitat. HA supports the hub, and I use their integration anytime I need to configure or add Insteon devices to my Insteon hub. You can easily spin up a VM with Home Assistant to try it out.
