Would like to know what HSM Arm Alerts people use and that work?

Hello,

Wondering what folks are using for HSM for Arming Alerts to let you know the HSM is actually armed without looking at a dashboard?

It is arming successfully, but the Arming Alerts seem broken. Lights are not flashing, Hub or wall switch or turning on or siren making any noise.

Anyone have a working solution?

Thanks in advance

My dashboard/Echo devices announce when HSM is arming or is armed. The announcement varies by which device/verbal command I use.

I have a notification sent to my Alexa devices and phones during arming. I also set the Inovelli notification LED(s) on my Inovelli switches to a specific color. Then I can easily check in most rooms and confirm that the system is armed.

I have SONOS that goes off when the alarm triggers, but not when armed for some reason. I have Echo's but not up front by the door so that won't work.

I use leak alerts and they work well...when my water heater died/started leaking when we were away on vacation HSM turned off our main water valve and sent me alert texts as expected so I could contact my neighbor to ask him to confirm that the leak was caught quickly enough that there wasn't any flooding (and there wasn't).

Same here.

I get a notification from Pushover when it is armed, disarmed, or activated. I also have several DNLA speakers that announce it as well, same thing for leak alerts.

Hmmm tried that didn't get anything.... Lemme try that again as that would work for me as I use Pushover too.

How are you doing that? I just realized I sent Arming Failures... Doh.

Thanks,
