WLED, QuinLED and Hubitat

Good morning,
First attempt at working with RGB lights and so far have the lights working. First project is under cabinet lighting in the kitchen. But i am having trouble connecting WLED to Hubitatat. Here is my setup:

  • QuinLED An-Penta-Deca
  • RGB-CCT from BTF lighting
  • WLED
  • JoyfulHouse

Like i said, lights are connected and working with the controller and WLED. Changed the network path in WLED for the controller. I have installed JoyfulHouse Device. Added a Virtual Device and changed the address under preferences.

As I am typing, I have not checked connecting to the local ip of the device. I can try that to make sure that is working.

From all my research, that should be ot...but no luck. Any suggestions on what I might be overlooking and missing.

Thanks everyone for the assistance.

I always have a problem at first and then remember to turn on the "POWER OFF" option. In most cases this will be the desired option that will make it turn off. Also make sure you have other options as I do here, except for the IP of course

Thanks, can you use the name in WLED or have to use the ip address specifically? Thought i tried both....Will try again tonight, I was just testing with on/off switch. I also included .local.

Thanks to see a working setup.

Each time I setup a new WLED light, like everyone, I just turn on/off and nothing happens because of that POWER OFF option.

I always use IP and make sure it is reserved in your routers DHCP settings or hard coded in WLED (if that's possible). I don't think that HE supports using mDNS and the driver actually tells you to enter an IP adresse, also don't forget to enter the "http://" in front or it will not work.

Well.... that was a 2 min fix and all is running as expected! Pretty simple.

Thank you!!
