I just hope some of it helps. With the devices you have listed, either hub should be okay (not sure about Hampton Bay fan, but I haven't run in to any issues with any of my devices) on 25. It should definitely cut down on interference getting them on different channels. I have my "lights" Hubitat hub on 25 and they have been perfect.
Hey @Ken_Fraleigh, which driver are you using for the Samsung SmartThings plug?
Mine came in the mail today and when I got them linked to HE, they just show as "Device" for a driver and there's no On/Off option.
Try generic Zigbee outlet.

Thanks Neon. That did it.
You can also use @srwhite ‘s Iris driver if you want a little more info and control of power reporting. I use it for the outlet my washing machine is plugged into with the better laundry monitor.
