When I was in the USMC there was this big red button in one of the data centers mounted to one of the poles. No one knew what it was for. I tried tracing out the wire to see what it went to but it went under the building. Not hitting the button drove me crazy.

Not sure what build they added it but it's definitely in 2.2.4.148.

Yes. Hub Mesh is a new feature first made available in 2.2.4

"hubitat.local" won't dns resolve in a lot of environments.

It should resolve in any environment that supports mDNS which would include Windows 10 and most Linux distros..

Have you tried the URLs mentioned in this recent post? (Since these are GETs, doing them in the browser should have the same effect--you can ignore the fact that the original question was about a Rule.)
