WiFi router supporting zigbee compatibility

Hi,
I have a c7 model hubitat, and I want to replace my current WiFi mesh routers to s system that supports Zigbee as well.
Should I consider it? Or just add repeaters? Also what wifi routers act as repeaters or have an integration with hubitat like mesh between 2 hubitat

It's not possible to merge/mesh/combine zigbee in that way. 2+ different zigbee coordinators cannot repeat on behalf of each other, or otherwise mesh together.

My eero system has a zigbee radio -- fortunately, it's turned off by default but I still check that setting after any update just to make sure.

Just add repeater-capable devices to your existing Hubitat zigbee mesh.

It's not necessary to get a device marketed exclusively as a repeater -- any mains-powered zigbee device should act perfectly well as a repeater. One exception to that is some models of Sengled smart bulbs.

That's a great answer, I read some threads (including the eero router which I considered) not getting into that specific technical response.
Thanks :+1:t3:.
