I agree. I guess that's because it was coming from the USA. It was worth the wait though: it is 100% reliable, gets loads of free updates, and has really good support from the community. I bought it because the projects I was working on then were using WIFI devices connected by IFTTT and the response time was too slow for my application. Using the HE the response time is good and never varies.
20 years is incredibly slow.
