Why was my Hub Protect subscription canceled and I cannot restart?

My Hub Protect subscription was canceled after renewal date. I had a payment method active. The problem was listed as incorrect Hub ID but the ID listed was correct. If I just resubscribe, my price goes up significantly from $29.99 to current $45. Is there a way for me to continue my subscription? Order number #545020 lists pending payment but there is no way to trigger payment.
