Why my hub fails to connect to the Remote Admin service?

Using the iOS app, I try to login via Remote Admin. "Connect Using Remote Admin". I go to a blank page with the URL remoteaccess-aws-hubitat-com at the top, and eventually it just times out. I have a valid subscription.

Go to My Hubitat > Registered Hubs
Click Hub Details on your hub and check the Last Checkin info.
If that is stale the hub may be offline.

As @jtp10181 mentioned, under Hub Details there are two fields of interest: Last Check in shows when the hub was last connected to the cloud, and "Active?" tells you if the hub is currently connected:

Remote Admin service requires the hub to be connected to the cloud.
