Watching the Current States with in the device, I can see it working correctly when I Tap or hold the dimmer paddle. You can see that the dimming levels change.
But watching the Philips Hue app and the bulbs react. I notice the bulbs show they are 100% On or off, nothing in the middle.
After I rebooted the HE hub, it now seem the hue bulbs are now dimming with the Inovelli dimmer.
There is a small delay between me tapping the dimmer to stop and the hue bulbs stopping, but i figured there's no way around that.
