This is second time one of my switches has been duplicated with the same name but as Alexa Dimmer type.
First time I delete it but after a day it appears again.

Can you show the edit device page? What driver is this device using?
It is Alexa Dimmer Driver, I don't have any Amazon App installed and I don't even have any Alexa device.
It's funny, that driver is listed no where on the supported devices page on the wiki. So, I don't even know what device that is referring to.
And the App/process that adding this device, assign the "virt_" as prefix to device id.
So it knows that It is adding a device and it is a duplicate device.
I think "Motion Lighting Apps" is adding this as a virtual switch to control it with Alexa or Google Home.
I think you are correct.
When you put an entry in that red circled input in Motion Lighting, it creates a virtual device of that name, and Alexa Dimmer. This is so that you can use Alexa to turn it on or off. If your case, you don't need it for this Motion Lighting, so you should leave that field blank instead of putting Den Light in there.
