Who Actually Makes These UltraPro, Honeywell, GE and Aeotec Z-Wave Dimmers?

I've been installing the UltraPro brand dimmers and switches lately but I see what looks to be the same housing branded as Honeywell, GE and now Aeotec's dimmer looks identical.

Anyone know who actually manufactures? these? Are the internals all the same too? Or are these different brands just re-using a common shell but putting their own chips and relays inside?

Is UltraPro Honeywell's brand?

Those Tuya 4 button scene scene switches are identical hardware but have a variety of firmware (and possible different chips)
