Hi All,
Where's my house? HE can't find it. The Latitude and Longitude HE reports are wrong. When I look at the map it's not even close. How do I tell HE where to look?
On google maps, find your house, right click. The pop up shows the lat/long.
*This is not my house, its in the middle of the Canadian Wilderness.
That's what I did. That's how I know HE is wrong.

You can change this in Settings > Hub Details if you are talking about the hub itself. If you mean geofencing in the mobile app, you can drag the pin on the Geofence tab to the center of whatever radius you want. These are two different settings used for different features, but both are changeable.

Type the new coordinates in on the Hub Settings...
