Sometimes Best Buy has good prices on Sengled Zigbee bulbs.
I picked up two twin packs of soft white bulbs for $30 each ($60 for 4 bulbs).
And don't forget, the Ikea Tradfri bulbs are zigbee and work great with Hubitat.
Of course, the best approach (IMHO), is to occasionally go to your favourite border location, and stock up. The new rules are that you can bring back up tp $800 Can , after being away for at least 48hours. (I've brought back a lot of switches!)

Unfortunately the US/CDN border remains closed to vehicle traffic, at least for another month.
I just ordered Caseta products from torontolightingsupply.com. they have a decent price for the pro hub and switch combo.
