Where is turn on if already on setting?

I cannot find it in room lighting. Without it pretty much all my stuff breaks with my z-wave lights. For example: motion sensor turns lights on, I turn then off using a voice assistant, the system things that the room lighting is still active and won't turn them back on even if there is motion. Also, a lot of times the system thinks lights are on when they are really off.

"Motion and Mode Lighting" App worked flawlessly. Nothing is working correctly with room lighting.

Click through the Means to Activate then the Activate Lights Options:

One other thing to point out, particularly if you have other ML apps you want to transition to RL, you can create the RL app from an existing ML app, so all the ML settings should come across as you expect.

I imported 3 of them from ML to the new RL but they did not work correctly including not retaining that setting and creating an event trigger that stopped the automation from turning off ( I posted about it ). The import didn't work for me for any of my existing automations.

Ok, that's interesting. There has been a reasonable amount of discussion about RL recently, so hopefully it will be looked at soon. That said, I could understand if other things jumped ahead of it, given the limited impact over time.

See my other post here, I've had similar issues migrating - the main issue turns out to be a bug, but the other issue was that the documentation and posts from a few months ago uses terminology that's totally changed now.
