What's the Cheapest Way to Have Cellular Backup to Broadband?

I'm in uncharted territory. Thanks.

I use this product:

Fortunately I have a line with T-Mobile that's data only and it's free. I got it under a promotion years ago. I would think you could get a separate line on your cellular coverage for a nominal fee especially since it should only be used infrequently..

I have this:

It also cost me about $10/month for standby LTE services that gives me 4 GB of data in a month. Out of the $10 Illinois still taxes me about $2.50/month.

I use the same device with a cheap Mint Mobile plan, or you can the old T-mobile test drive unit (Franklin T9) for FREE from them (you don't need to send it back) which also worked well (USB only, but wifi worked well enough). You can easily get 2 (I think it's 5 now) gigs of bandwidth per month for $15 if you do the annual plan. I do this because my Comcast goes down at least once a month.
