What to do when the database has become corrupted?

So today I came home and I cannot access my hub. I get one of two messages, 500 Server Error or Database corrupt.

I have rebooted the hub twice with no luck. I Have a local backup but there is no place that steps you through how to restore.

Can some please tell me what I need to do, support docs are ALL OVER the place and no help..

You need to do a Soft Reset.



While the Soft Reset will most likely restore hub's functionality, it could be a temporary solution without ensuring that what caused the problem in the first place, is no longer happening. Once you have access to your hub again, be sure to check the Logs page. You may have a rogue app or device that might need your attention to prevent future database issues.
