What to do if zigbee device became unresponsive (IKEA TREDANSEN)

Hi

I have 3 IKEA TREDANSEN blinds.
I use "IKEA Window Blinds" drives made by "a4refillpad".
They worked ok for 2 months, but recently 2 of out 3 blinds became unresponsive to Hubitat commands. I can still open and close them using buttons on blinds, but they don't react to hubitat's manual commands in device tab and automated scenes.

I don't have ikea's gateway to check it they work with them.

I think that the only option is to remove them from hubitat and discover them again.
However, there are connected to scenes automations and to remote of diffrent brand.

Will I have to create all those automations again if I remove devices from hubitat?
If there is any other option to fix it, I am open to suggestion.

I already shut down hubitat and removed power for few minutes for better reset or something.

You can try first to simply re-pair the blinds again to HE, without removing the devices.
HE will match the (Zigbee only!) re-discovered devices to the old ones that you already have in your automation so that no changes will be needed.

@Kraszer What @kkossev said, but you may want to add some ikea repeaters to your mix as well.

Echoing exactly what these folks said. I have several Zigbee temp/humidity sensors that are prone to drop off the network as their batteries get even slightly weak. I can just re-add them. And this conversation reminds me that I need a repeater.

Fortunately repairing worked, although I tried to repair one of them yesterday, and it didn't work, so I was worried. I guess, sometimes you have to try two times.

I charged battries 2 weeks ago, and hubitat says it has 70% of battery, so they should have pretty good battery level.

I have ikea repeaters that came with blinds, but I didn't use them because hubitat hub is in the next room, so I thought I don't need that.

NEVER believe charging levels...

You can never have too many repeaters. That said, ikea stuff tends to be like Aqara stuff. Not quite fully zigbee compliant so they don't always play nice. Having the ikea repeaters help...
