What is the best way to implement Low, Medium & High on Dashboards

What are the best or recommended ways to implement Low, Medium, High, Off for Dimmer and Fans rather than a slider on the Dashboard?

What I tried is a Virtual Button and used Button Controller to set Button 1 = Off, Button 2 = Level 18, Button 3 = Level 36, Button 4 = 99. Then added each of the Buttons to the Dashboard. The Button Tiles set the Dimmer to Off, Low, Medium & High as intended but the Button Titles are not descriptive, just display button1, button2, button3, button4.

  1. is there a way to change the Title of Tiles?
  2. what approach are there for implementing Low, Medium, High on Dashboards?
