What Home Automation (HA) Projects Do You Have "In the Pipeline"?

Both amusing but also interesting.... I will often find the more complicated path in many things.... But for situations like this I do like the flexibility I get from having options for controlling a device, both when everything is working as expected, but also when my preferred platform is not working.

For me the best example of this are my blinds, Somfy motors that came with RF remotes (with rolling codes), which I then paired to a Bond bridge that I then have integrated with Hubitat, Home Assistant, Node RED and Google Home. I can automate my blinds as I want through Hubitat using the Bond integration. Separate to HE, remotes I have around the house paired to a Z2M intance can adjust the blinds via Node RED / HA. I can also adjust the blinds via Google Home or the Bond App. If all else fails I can always rifle through a draw and find the remote that came with the motor.

Projects!? Always something to tinker with. Getting close to finishing up Flow Engine, next big step after that is getting text/speech to flows working. Initial testing shows it's VERY possible to talk to chatGPT and have it spit out a working flow! Also been testing some other ways AI can help with home automation. @sburke781 should start a new thread, "How do you see using AI in home automation". That one should get people going (good and bad).

So many options, so little time!

I never doubted we would hear about your projects (in a good way), flow engine being on example. I did not need to entice you to share...

Oh, alright then... though @mavrrick58 has already got a good conversation going on in that space.... I guess I could spark a more general conversation... Why not....
