What are Running Jobs and Hub Actions on the LOG screen? I don't believe I have ever seen anything listed under either tab.
Looking at one of my own hubs I can only interpret that:

Hub Events (I assume that is what you meant by Hub Actions) are things like powering the hub, including the platform version it is running at the time

Running Jobs will be scheduled jobs that are currently running (I didn't have any running at the moment). These will be scheduled / running jobs setup, like regular polling of devices / cloud services that apps / drivers may setup based on default behaviour or you configuring them to occur, such as "poll this weather service every 10 minutes for updated weather detail". When those are actually running I expect they would appear under Running Jobs.
