Does anyone have any experience with this door lock?

Never used one, but it looks like a rip off of the Kwikset 916 smart locks:
I'd save your money and go for a brand name like Kwikset, Schlage, Yale, etc.

From Wikipedia:
Kwikset subsequently became part of the Hardware and Home Improvement (HHI) Group of Stanley Black & Decker, which also owned lockset manufacturers Weiser and Baldwin . Kwikset evolved to include many Weiser features, and Weiser locks now use Kwikset's "SmartKey" self-rekeyable lock technology and Kwikset keyways.
The Kwikset lock is cheaper in that case.
Kwikset and Weiser have been the same for quite a while.
And now Assa Abloy owns them both, along with Yale and...
I don't have expierence with that particular lock but I have had an issue that Weiser/Kwikset resolved very quickly for me.
Cheaper if you are in the US
Much cheaper!
But, I'm here without a car!
These locks are heavy when flying!
