When I edit or create a Piston and click "save" it will indicate that it's saving but it never actually saves the Piston. I've tried it on several different browsers and devices. This happens every two to three days and restarting the hub always fixes it. I've tried "cleanup and rebuild cache" and HE says webCoRE memory usage is only 2%. I've been using HE about 6 months now and this just started in the last two weeks. HE and webCoRE are both on most recent versions. Any idea what might be going on?oRE
Tagging @nh.schottfam who may be able to offer some advice as he is the webCoRE ninja.
Would need to see logs from webcore main app and the piston in question.
What site are you using for the webcore server?
You may want to respond in private messages to avoid publishing keys, etc.
I am using the https://dashboard.webcore.co site to access webCoRE. It's currently working fine but I know in another day or two it will fail again. I'll send you some logs when it does. It doesn't seem to be specific to any particular piston. Thanks.
ok, at first guess sounds like a networking issue.
Does you HE Hub have a static or assigned DHCP IP address?
Has your ISP been changing your IP address?
Otherwise if you have logs, can look at what they say.
Hub has a static IP. It's had the same IP since I installed it six months ago. My WAN IP has been the same the entire time.
It finally happened again. The logs show...

As always, rebooting the hub fixes the issue.
That makes it sound like a platform issue.
What server are you using for the webcore IDE? dashboard.webcore.co?
Yep.
have you used the hub info driver to look at your cpu and db sizes?
I assume you are on latest HE firmware?
On latest FW.
