Webcore - Light on Motion - Off No motion, unless switch turned on

So I seen a post some time ago that gave an example of this, can anyone point me to this?

I use variations of this one in three places in my home:

The piston description gives a good summary of what it does. There may be some stuff you'd like to omit - like the start/stop times or the overrides, but this will get you running.

I also do something similar around the house, though I don't use an override switch. If you turn the light on manually, it will stay on until you turn if off manually. Otherwise, it turns on and off automatically. This one is for my basements lights...
