I'm running webcore on latest release, I also did a repair (on a C-8 Pro V2.4.3.107). Since few days webcore did not send all commands that are working fine in the hubitat device. The power on works in HE and webcore but the power off works only in HE. Webcore does not send the power off command. The problem occurs on all my Innovelli LZE31-SN. In a piston I did ON, delay 3secs and OFF. Turn on works but in see in the log the off is not sent.
It would be good to see the piston and the logs before we can offer any concrete advice.
When you turn the device ON in the device page or via the WC piston, does the device state change to ON?
If the device state is not changing then I would suggest that is your issue.
You can mitigate for this by disabling command optimisation.
I do this for all of my pistons to make sure the command is sent whether needed or not. Just me taking a belt and braces approach.
Also in your piston above you can streamline it by putting the wait 3 secs and the off directly under the on command.
Has this device been OK in the past or have you just installed it on your set up?
If it was OK in the past then you could try reverting back to 2.4.2.xxx and see if the device updates OK on that build.
I don't have any of those devices but what driver are you using?
Is it the correct one?
If anyone else reading this has those devices, are you also seeing this.
If not, what driver are you using?
With your change now the piston works, thank you very much. I'm using many of these switches for years. And it stopped working few days ago. I know there was a driver update from innovelli and I did the update. As I said, I switch on in Hubitat and the status is not updated.
I wrote on Innovelli forum to say that I will see if there is somebody with the same problem.
But I think ths setting is a good one. Thank you very much for your time. I will maybe try later to revert the version to see where is the problem.
If the issue definitely started recently was it after you updated that you noticed it.
I would raise a new topic for 'Innovelli LZE31-SN state not updating'.
Someone who has these devices may then chime in with more information or an answer.
Good luck.
I reverted to 2.4.2.157 and the status is updated so the problem should be in the beta version of Hubitat. So I opened a new topics. Agains thank you very much for your time.
