These are the necessary and sufficient conditions for HSM to trip on a wet sensor and close a valve.
This was not after making recent changes to HSM. It had been configured as it was for a couple months and through upgrades and reboots. The configuration/settings that HSM showed were correct. I'll send my screen shots so you can see.
