Water monitoring turning on lights when click cancel

Today my wife cleaning the house triggered 2 different water sensors at different times and both times when I clicked cancel button inside HSM app it turned on all my lights, I remember I had another issue with water monitor and I had to delete completely HSM, so now what? I never added lights to water monitoring so I have no idea how this is possible.

Edit: forgot to add, first trigger was on firmware 117, second trigger was on 118.....

I have a rule to close the water valve, no lights there..

Another detail is, water monitoring is turning on my lights and triggering my monitored alarm, I only have that in arm away and arm home, so I believe for some reason water monitoring is mixing the lights from intrusion with itself. This is from arm away:

I get the same result here. I have a rule that closes the water valve if any one of the sensors goes off. The other day I added some sensors to the rule and when I closed the rule the valve was sent a command to close. Didn't know until wife went to shower. That was not good!
