Warranty & Network Disconnect

After updating the firmware my Hubitat C-7 drops it's LAN connection about 20 seconds after boot. It will boot up fine the NIC will be lit up on my switch and the lights go blank and the network connection drops and I can no loner ping it. I tried the network reset switch on the bottom and it does the same thing. On boot network works for 20 seconds then dies. Tried different switches and cables as well. Tried doing a warranty claim and it says my MAC Address is invalid.

Please Help! My unit is only a few months old and its already dead..

Please be sure to enter the MAC address exactly as it is on the hub itself (only alphanumeric characters). Also note that the MAC address field is case sensitive.
