Just posting to see how many Voice Monkey users there are out there and whether they are having issues right now. I am getting this whenever I do anything with the console:
INVALID_TOKEN - Something went wrong updating your devices. Please try again. If this error persists, please disable the Voice Monkey skill in the Alexa app, re-enable it, then try again. If this still doesn't work, then you may need to wait 24 hours and try again.
Contacted the developer and he said he was getting the same thing and was looking into it.
Same here! Been going on for days now.vO've litteraly tried everything from unlinking and relinking, deleting all my vm devices and deleting routines in alexa that used those devices, relinking then trying to re add those devices and routines, nothing works. I've sent a message to them (voice monkey), so far have not heard anything. I tried again tonight (12/28/24) still nothing hope that they can get the service back up and running soon.
Christian from Voice Monkey did respond to me and indicated he was having the same issue, It was unclear if the issue was at his end of at Amazon's end but presumably the latter. I was able to reconnect a few days ago but then I have heard that others have had an issue since then. There are a few tricks to potentially get this working.
