Needing some assistance getting a vivint CT 200 thermostat working. Exclusion worked and so did inclusion. Plus I added in the driver code. Issue I'm having is I'm seeing no status updates or able to control anything. Anything I should try?
What clusters does the device show in the device details?
If it was ever added to a Vivint panel, and not properly removed, the device will be locked out and not able to work on any other hub (due to the device supporting the zwave anti-theft command class).
You can tell if that is the case by looking at the clusters.
If that ends up being the case, the only way to fix it is to re-add to a Vivint hub (any Vivint hub) and then properly exclude it from that hub.
