I love the idea of EVERYTHING tying into my home automation system, but with no idea of what Vivint is going to do with that location data, I'd be a bit leary.
And Automatic has been offering this for years. Half the price and does have a no subscription service choice. Even if you choose the premium plan, it is half what Vivint charges. Automatic also works with other Home Automation services.
