Probably not, and definitely not if they aren't exposed via the /scenes API in Hue (which most of the kind you mentioned are not, so "no" is the likely answer if you're not sure).
You aren't alone--there are multiple other posts on this subject. Here's a recent one: When activating a Scene, bulbs often come on at full brightness when the Scene calls for other. Like I mentioned there, I'm really curious if this does work well for anyone or if people who don't see problems just don't know because they never try anything like this... ![]()
