View/Change NTP clock?

I've read here that the HE clock is updated every day via ntp. Is there a way to view, change, etc. the ntp configuration?

How does NTP operate on HE? Does it use the first responding NTP server? If I set /hub/advanced/ntpServer/IPaddress, and that server is unavailable, does it continue to search? I am currently using the NTP Client app to grab the time from my Pi, but if there is a built-in method, I would prefer it.
