Just had an e mail from Vesternet with their latest offering 'HOMEIX' and wondering what people think.
It's a Hub with Wave 700 and Zigbee radios with Home Assistant loaded. They're doing a deal for £697 where you get the hub and a load of bonus material, but then they give you 100% of that back in store credit to spend on devices so it's effectively free with a 3 year warranty.
I'm happy with Hubitat and the rest of my setup but could see this being tempting for someone starting out.
