I have a string variable on a dashboard. I set the string value with a rule. However, it seems the default behavior of variables on the dashboard is that they can be changed manually by the user, which I do not want.
Is there a way to only display the variable and not allow editing of the variable manually by the user?
Easily done with Tile Builder.
Or if you have a discrete set of results you can format them conditionally based on their value.

The component that fits your needs is called Rooms for the display above. But you could also use a table if you have a number of them to display.
