Valid entries for the device definition (in Metadata)

Are "runLocally" and "executeCommandsLocally" valid entries in the device definition command? (see below)

Again I think this is a carryover from ST and with the goal of Hubitat to "run locally" it would seem to be redundant.

	definition(name: "Z-Wave Dimmer Switch Generic", namespace: "hubitat", author: "SmartThingsModV7", runLocally: true, executeCommandsLocally: true)

they are not used and are ignored.
